What are the differences in sizes?
We offer three sizes. Replacement Bands are based on the size of the metal plaque.
Our SMALL size, known as our “CLASSIC” size, is 3/8” wide by 1.5” long. This size is available in 14KT Yellow Gold, Sterling Silver, 22KT Gold Overlay, and Stainless Steel.
Our MEDIUM size, known as our “LUX” size, is 7/16” wide by 1.75” long. This size is available in 14KT Yellow Gold, Sterling Silver, 22KT Gold Overlay, Alligator, Stainless Steel and Anodized Aluminum.
Our LARGE size, known as our “DELUXE” size, is 5/8” wide by 2” long. This size is available in 14KT Yellow Gold, Sterling Silver, 22KT Gold Overlay, Alligator, Stingray, Stainless Steel and Anodized Aluminum.
How long does it take to engrave my Grand Band?
We engrave all (unless specified) Grand Band plaques within 24 hours Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm. All orders placed after hours or weekends/holidays will be engraved on the next business day. Exceptions to this are 14KT letters and Grand Bands with frames. These orders take 1-3 business days to manufacture.
How long does it take to ship my order?
All orders (unless specified) are shipped on the following business day. We email all customers tracking information. Customers are responsible for contacting USPS or FedEx with any shipping questions, concerns or delivery.Expedited shipping does not include weekend delivery.
What comes with my Grand Band order?
All Grand Bands are packaged in a box with 1 metal plaque on an elastic band with 2 additional replacement bands.
What happens if I order the wrong Replacement Bands?
Replacement Bands can be exchanged free of charge. We ask you to mail your Replacement Band package(s) to us at 916 N. 20th Ave. Hollywood, FL 33020 attached with a note stating what size you would like for exchange.
How do I Replace the Band?
Simply stretch the rubber band around your thumb and forefinger. Slide the band through the slit in the bank of the metal plaque.
How much can the Money Bands hold?
Our Small & Medium Money Bands can comfortable hold from 1-20 cards plus a large stack of cash (up to 50 Bills). Our Large size Money Bands can hold up to 40 cards plus a very large stack of cash (up to 100 Bills).
