Daily shipping cut-off is 2:00 pm EST Monday-Friday, this includes 2-Day and Overnight Shipments. All orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day. At this present time, Grand Band only ships to the United States and its U.S. territories. For all international orders, please place them via Amazon.com.
We are proud to use USPS for all flat rate services and FedEx for all express services. Expedited Shipping does not include weekend or Holiday shipping or delivery. Please contact the proper shipping service with your tracking number if you have questions concerning delivery. GRAND BAND is NOT responsible for any packages once the shipment is marked delivered by USPS or FedEx. All concerns related to shipping must be directed to either USPS or FedEx. All packages should arrive within 5 to 8 business days (this excludes holidays and weekends). Expedited shipping will ship on the following day that the order was placed and is not expected to be delivered on weekend days. Shipping charges are not fixed and are subject to change without prior notice.
For your security, high value orders and expedited orders require an authorized signature. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address. Customers will be charged a fee of $10 to reroute a package once it has been released to our carriers. Customers will also be charged a fee of $10 to reship their package if an error was made to the shipping address at checkout.
All personalized items will ship 1-4 days from receipt of order.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED
Packages that were returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. All exchanges and returns will incur a shipping charge to the customer.
