RETURNS
Merchandise can be returned within 48 hours of receipt with a 15% restocking fee. Valid return authorization number is required prior to shipping. Merchandise must be in resalable condition with original tags and packaging intact. NO EXCEPTIONS. All custom orders are non-refundable. All exchanges and returns will be charged for shipping. If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the entire purchase.
REPLACEMENT BANDS
Each Grand Band ships with two replacement bands to offer 3+ years of continuous use out of the box. However, if the stretch band has begun to suffer from wear-and-tear, or even if you just want to add more colors and styles that you can switch out, we offer several collections of replacement bands. Please be aware that GRAND BAND Money Bands come in three sizes. Select the correct size for replacement bands or call customer service for assistance. The GB1000 & GB3000 series are SMALL bands, GB1800, GB6000 & GB7000 series are MEDIUM bands. The GB9100 series are LARGE bands. Customers are responsible for shipping on any and all replacement band size exchanges.
